RuPaul is Back with Season 4 of ‘Drag Race’

RuPaul is back to play host, mentor and inspiration for the contestants of the fourth season search for “America’s next drag superstar.”

RuPaul’s Drag Race, if you have been living under a rock, is a reality TV competition for drag queens.

The show aired its pilot in May 2008 on MTV and on February 2, 2009 on Logo.

The show was marked as the most watched series on Logo in its first season, and it became the most streamed series ever on LogoTV.com during its second. The title of the show is a play on drag queen and drag racing, with the title sequence and theme song “Covergirl (Put the Bass in Your Walk)” both having a drag racing theme. Both the contestants and fans are affectionately referred to as “Racers.”

Now on its 4th season, RuPaul’s Drag Race premieres January 30, 2012.

According to the McKinley Health Center at the University of Illinois, masturbation (which they defined as touching one's own sex organs for pleasure) reduces stress, induces sleep, and can help people to become familiar and comfortable with their body.

Citing studies, the McKinley health handout also cited the following perks of masturbation:

* helps men to increase ejaculatory control and manage rapid or delayed ejaculation.

Masturbation myths debunked

Contrary to what some people think, the McKinley Health Center said masturbation does not lead to insanity or hair growing on the palms. It added that it does not drain excessive energy from the body.

"There are no harmful side effects of masturbation," it said, adding that regardless of cultural attitudes and values, masturbation has been found in all societies.

Here are some myths that McKinley said are unfounded in medical and social science:

* Only people who cannot find sexual partners, or who are socially inadequate, masturbate
* Masturbation leads to physical problems such as mental illness and growing hair on your palms
* Masturbation "ruins" a person for partner sex
* Men will run out of semen or sperm if they masturbate excessively
* Others, including medical doctors and sexual partners, will be able to tell if you masturbate.

Philippines Struggles with AIDS

The Philippines is struggling to deal with a worsening HIV-AIDS problem, with far too little money being spent on reversing a steady rise in infection rates, health experts warn.

The government will have to prioritise its funding to concentrate on helping the most at-risk communities as it faces a budget shortfall of up to $370 million over the next five years, health department assistant secretary Eric Tayag said.

"If we only have so much, we have to prioritise the scope of our programmes, choosing the target populations, choosing the specific areas," Tayag told AFP.

"It is a race against time because the more cases there are, the more different kinds of financial support are needed in the long run."

The number of HIV/AIDS cases detected in the Philippines - which has a population of 94 million people - is still relatively small with only 7,884 cases recorded since 1984.

But the Philippines is one of only seven countries listed by UNAIDS (the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS) to have suffered rising infection rates in 2010.

And more than 1,800 cases have already been reported in the first 10 months of this year, exceeding the 1,591 cases reported for all of 2010, according to government data.

Tayag said the government estimated it needed 35 billion pesos ($810 million) to carry out HIV-prevention programmes from 2011 to 2016.

However the health department had only identified foreign and local sources for 19 billion pesos ($440 million), leaving a projected shortfall of 16 billion pesos ($370 million).

The funding crunch is expected to hit hardest when the current "round" of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria runs out in November next year, said Maria Teresa Bagasao, country director of UNAIDS.

Another "round" of aid pledges was originally scheduled for next year but has been put back to 2013 and any grant money will not be released until 2014 at the earliest, she told AFP.

"The country needs to look at whether there is going to be a critical gap in the funding. It has to actually sit down and identify where the gap will be. In prevention or treatment?" Bagasao told AFP.

The Global Fund, a UN-supported partnership of governments and private aid groups, had made up the bulk of the foreign aid that paid for as much as 80 percent of the country's HIV prevention and treatment programmes, Bagasao said.

Activists have accused the government of cutting its own funding for HIV programmes and relying too much on external sources.

"There was a gradual decrease (in local funding) because of an over-reliance on external financing like the Global Fund," said Jonas Bagas, spokesman for the Network to Stop AIDS in the Philippines, a coalition of health and activist groups.

Amid the budget concerns, Tayag said the Philippines may have to focus its spending mainly on the homosexual and injecting drug user communities, because they were the groups in which infection rates were rising significantly.

"There are two populations that are the drivers of the epidemic: men having sex with men and injecting drug users," said Tayag, who oversees government programmes to fight infectious diseases.

At least 46 percent of infections recorded this year were from homosexual contact compared with 25 percent in 2006, according to the government data.

Officials say they were caught off-guard by the rise in infections from homosexual contact when they had been mainly concentrating on female sex workers.

Injecting drug users were still a small proportion of the total but there had been a sharp rise from only eight cases detected in 2009 to 147 last year, and another 80 in the first 10 months of 2011.

Previously, HIV had been mainly spread through heterosexual contact. This had been curbed with many HIV-prevention programmes focusing on educating and testing female sex workers, according to Tayag.

While most lingerie brands would usually pick a buxom lady to model their latest underwear collections, Dutch department store Hema have opted for a more unconventional choice.

Male model Andrej Pejic fronts the campaign for the ‘Mega Push-Up Bra’ from Hema that promises to ‘add two cup sizes’.

The company’s decision to have a man front the campaign appears to have paid off - as his natural cleavage-free physique is visibly enhanced by their ‘boosting’ bra.

The images, featuring Pejic wearing the bra under two different dresses and a jumper, were released on 13 December and quickly became a trending topic on Twitter in the Netherlands in a matter of hours.

One Twitter user wrote: “That HEMA campaign is brilliant: Andrej Pejic sporting a push-up bra?!

“If a man looks good in that bra, it must be good stuff.”

Another tweeted: “Andrej Pejic is the prettiest man woman known to man.”

The overall reaction to Hema’s ‘first male bra model’ is positive but it remains to be seen if everyone feels the same way.

This isn’t the first time Pejic has modelled clothing for women. The Bosnian-born and Australian-raised model has made androgyny his trademark and has become of 2011’s breakout models.

Pejic closed Jean Paul Gaultier’s womenswear haute couture show in Paris wearing a bridal gown and appeared as Marylin Monroe in a short film for Love Cat Magazine.

He also ranked number 98 in FHM magazine's 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2011 but the ‘award’ that was accompanied with a derogatory subtext encouraging readers to ‘pass the sick bucket’ in response to his androgyny was later removed from FHM's website.

Despite his success in womenswear, the 20-year-old has made a name for himself modelling menswear collections for the likes of Marc Jacobs.

So how does Pejic pull off this role?

His soft and sultry feminine looks have captivated designers and his figure is regarded as nearly perfect for high fashion modelling.

Hilary Alexander, Fashion Director at The Telegraph told the BBC earlier this year: “Andrej is obviously beautiful and he has the most amazing figure. When you consider that a lot of designers are designing for this impossible ideal for someone who is 5ft 11in, no hip and no chest.”

Pejic’s campaign for Hema was shot in Amsterdam back in September. His agent Joseph Tenni said: “It's revolutionary. I've never known a man to do a women’s lingerie campaign before”.

LGBTs Go Caroling at CBCP Office to Decry Discrimination

MANILA, Philippines - Members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community on Thursday went caroling in front of the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) office in Intramuros, Manila to fight for their rights against discrimination.

Dressed in green and red, the protesters led by the organization, "Ang Ladlad," gathered in front of the CBCP headquarters carrying a banner, which read "All We Want for Christmas Is Our Human Rights."

Ang Ladlad former chairperson Danton Remoto said that through their Christmas carols, they expressed their annoyance over the move of CBCP lawyer Jo Aurea Imbong to ask for the removal of sexual orientation and gender identity from the list of punishable forms of discrimination under Senate Bill 2814 or the Anti-Ethnic or Racial Profiling and Discrimination Act of 2011.

“Mali si Atty. Jo Imbong. Di naming pinili na maging LGBT. Ito ay natural, bahagi ng kalikasan. Hindi kami kaka-iba, di kami different people. Pilipino din kami. Taxpayers din kami” Remoto told reporters.

[Atty. Jo Imbong is wrong. We did not choose to become LGBT. This is natural. We're not different, we are also Filipinos. We are also taxpayers.]

Meanwhile, LGBT chairperson Bemz Benedito said that the group had long requested for a dilaogue with the prelates but their appeal fell on deaf ears.

“Matagal nang gusto naming makipag-dialogue sa kanila pero sa kanilang puso at isip, di lang pintuan ang sarado. Palagi nilang sinasabi kami ay makasalanan at mauuwi sa impyerno” Benedito said.

[We have long wanted to have a dialogue with them but their door is not the only one closed, their hearts and minds, too. They always say that we are sinners and that we will go to hell.]

There have been 146 LGBTs who brutally died in the country since 1996, according to Benedito. Forty-four of them died this year due to gender discrimination-related crimes.

13-Year-Old Boy Shoots 16-Year-old Male Lover Before Shooting Self inside SM Pampanga

A 13-year-old boy shot his alleged 16-year-old male lover in the head before shooting himself using a caliber .22 pistol inside SM Pampanga in San Fernando City at 11:45 a.m today, September 21.

According to Pampanga provincial police director Senior Superintendent Edgardo Tinio, the two victims (names withheld because they are minors) were seriously injured in the incident that happened in front of Astrovision store at the mall’s Building 3.

They were first rushed to Jose B. Lingad Hospital in San Fernando City. Then the younger victim was later transferred to the intersive care unit (ICU) of San Fernandino Hospital’, while the other was brought to V.L. Makabali Hospital.

Supt. Wilson Santos of Mexico, Pampanga police said it could have been a crime of passion and that the two male teenager seemed to have a romantic relationship based on the suicide note of the shooter that says "he is willing to die with him". While a card was recovered from the 16-year-old, which gave details about their relationship

“Parang mayroong third party na involved dito. May pinagseselosan. Katulad nung sa T-shirt, mayroon siyang minumura, Parang lover’s quarrel. Tinitignan po natin ang kanilang relationship,” Santos said.

Update: As of latest report by ABS-CBN, Dr. Alfonso Danac, head of emergency room of Jose B. Lingad Hospital in San Fernando City announced that both victims of the shooting incident were declared brain dead.

Dr. Eric Salas of San Fernandino Hospital, the attending physician, said the family of the 13-year-old boy decided to remove his life support tube. They also decided to donate his vital organs.

"X" Now a Gender Option in Australian Passports

Australian passports will now have three gender options - Male, Female and Indeterminate "X" - under new guidelines to remove discrimination against transgender and intersex people, the government said Thursday.

Intersex people, who are biologically not entirely male or female, will be able to list their gender on passports as "X."

Transgender people, whose perception of their own sex is at odds with their biology, will be able to pick whether they are male or female if their choice is supported by a doctor's statement. Transgender people cannot pick "X."

Previously, gender was a choice of only male or female, and people were not allowed to change their gender on their passport without having had a sex-change operation. The U.S. dropped the surgery prerequisite for transgender people's passports last year.

Any country that complies with the International Civil Aviation Organization's specifications for machine-readable passports can choose to introduce a gender "X."

Australian Sen. Louise Pratt, whose partner was born female and is now identified as a man, said the reform was a major improvement for travelers who face questioning and detention at airports because their appearance does not match their gender status.

"'X' is really quite important because there are people who are indeed genetically ambiguous and were probably arbitrarily assigned as one sex or the other at birth," Pratt said. "It's a really important recognition of people's human rights that if they choose to have their sex as 'indeterminate,' that they can."

Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd said the new guidelines removed discrimination on the grounds of gender identity and sexual orientation.

"This amendment makes life easier and significantly reduces the administrative burden for sex and gender diverse people who want a passport that reflects their gender and physical appearance," Rudd said in a statement.

Attorney-General Robert McClelland said while the change would affect few Australians, it was important because it would allow them to travel free of discrimination.

Peter Hyndal, who negotiated with the government on the reforms on behalf of the human rights advocacy group A Gender Agenda, said the new guidelines were in line with more flexible approaches to gender issues in passports issued by the United States and Britain.

"It's amazingly positive," Hyndal said. "It's the biggest single piece of law reform related to transgender and intersex issues at a commonwealth level ever in this country - mind-blowing."

As many as 4 percent of people are affected by an intersex condition, but most never become aware of their minor chromosome abnormalities.

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) - Monday is National HIV Testing Day and the Illinois Department of Public Health is sponsoring numerous events around the state to help people get tested for the virus that causes AIDS.

Illinois has the seventh-highest number of AIDS cases in the nation, with more than 41,000 reported cases since 1981.

The health department encourages people to be tested for HIV because many people infected with the virus don't know they have it.

People knowing their HIV status can help stem the spread of the virus.

Scheduled events include HIV testing and counseling on Sunday at Trinity Church of Christ in Chicago.

On Monday, other testing and counseling events are planned in Champaign, Arcola and Rock Island.

Passing of New York Gay Marriage Bill Delays To Friday

The New York senate prepared to vote on a gay marriage law Thursday, after amending the state assembly-approved bill at the request of Republican officials, said a legislative source.

If the vote takes place, it will happen at about the the same time that President Barack Obama gives a speech in New York at a gala to raise funds for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community.

"There are some other pieces of legislation that have to be finished before. It's likely to be on the floor late today," said one legislative spokesperson.

The senate, which should have recessed Monday evening, instead have been meeting in an extraordinary session to put the finishing touches on the bill's language, designed to address legal protections for religious organizations.

The document needs 32 votes out of 62 to be adopted. Thirty one senators have expressed their support for legalizing gay marriage, an issue that has already been repeatedly rejected by the NY senate in recent years.

Sheldon Silver, president of the Democrat-majority NY state assembly that approved the original bill last week, has already announced that if the senate passes their version, the house would meet to vote on the amended text.

After the assembly vote, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who introduced the bill, is expected to sign it into law.

If the law passes, New York would become the sixth and most populous state to approve gay marriage.

Currently, Iowa, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Vermont permit same-sex marriage.

States such as Hawaii, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington DC and New Jersey offer civil unions to same-sex couples, but not marriage rights.

According to a March poll, the majority of Americans are currently in favor of allowing gay marriage, 53 percent to 44 percent.

Baguio City, Philippines Now Allows Same-sex Marriage

The Metropolitan Community Church of Metro Baguio (MCC-Metro Baguio) recently announced the schedule of its free same-sex mass wedding in a still undisclosed location in Baguio City.

MCC-Metro Baguio is composed mostly of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) members and their families.

Rev. Myke Sotero, who leads the local chapter of MCC-Metro Baguio, said more than seven gay and lesbian couples will exchange vows on Saturday, June 25.

Sotero is also expecting more couples to join as other chapters of MCC in Quezon City and other parts of the country have also accepted applicants to join the holy union.

However, Diocese of Baguio-Benguet Bishop Carlito Cenzon has criticized the Christian Church's plan to hold a same-sex mass wedding this weekend.

Cenzon said, "Same-sex wedding is wrong and cannot be called a holy union. Naawa tayo sa kanila kasi nagmamahalan sila pero hindi sila pwedeng ikasal. (We pity them, they love each other but they cannot be wed.)"

"Wedding should involve only a woman and a man," the Bishop added.

The Bishop said a same-sex holy union is an insult to the Roman Catholic Church, adding that local officials should not support activities like this.

But Cenzon also said the Church is not discriminating the LGBT community.

However, organizers of the mass wedding insisted that everyone is free to love and God does not discriminate.

Countries that have so far allowed lesbian and gay weddings are Spain, Argentina, Australia, Norway and other Western countries.

The mass wedding on Saturday, dubbed "Kalayaang Umibig, Pag-ibig sa Kalayaan," is one of the highlights of the Baguio Pride Month celebrations.

The LGBT community is also pushing for the passage of the Anti-Discrimination Bill pending in the Housing of Representatives, which is authored by Representative Teddy Casiño.

Casiño will also join in the LGBT parade on Saturday, together with LGBT communities, families and friends from nearby provinces.

ROME – Pop queen Lady Gaga concluded a huge European gay rights march in Rome Saturday night with a rousing call to governments to defend gay rights.

"Today and every day we fight for freedom. We fight for justice. We beckon for compassion, understanding and above all we want full equality now," she shouted to a crowd of several hundred thousand people at the capital's ancient Circus Maximus.

"We have the same DNA. We were just 'born this way'," she said, using the title of her latest hit album.

Sporting dyed green hair and an outfit by the late fashion designer Gianni Versace, she said she was "angry" and singled out several governments in Europe and the Middle East she said discriminated against gays.

"I am aware that many countries and governments worldwide still restrict their citizens from reading about LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) issues and this is what means the most to me in my career. I want all of your stories to be heard by the world," she said.

She mentioned Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary and Lebanon.

"We stand here to demand an end to intolerance," she shouted before accompanying herself on a grand piano in acoustic renditions of some of her songs.

Rome officials had feared that she would launch a direct attack on Pope Benedict and the Vatican over their stand against homosexual acts but she did not mention either.

She merely said she was respectful of religion but that religions had to acknowledge and accept the diversity of people.

Her latest album "Born This Way," rocketed to the top of Britain's charts last month, after selling more copies than the rest of the top 10 put together.

One major objective for the group is for Filipino designers to successfully penetrate the international market. FDAP participates in the annual Philippine Fashion Week.

NBA Fines Kobe Bryant $100,000 Over Gay Slur; Kobe Issues Statement

NBA star Kobe Bryant was slapped with a $100,000 fine after using a homophobic slur against NBA referee Bennie Adams which was caught on camera during a LA Lakers game on Tuesday night, April 12, 2011.

Bryant was caught saying "f**king f*ggot" after referee Beanie Adams gave a technical foul against him. [Video Below]

Gay rights group "Human Right Campaign" condemn Kobe's action. In an issued statement:

What a disgrace for Kobe Bryant to use such horribly offensive and distasteful language, especially when millions of people are watching.”

Hopefully Mr. Bryant will recognize that as a person with such fame and influence, the use of such language not only offends millions of LGBT [lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender] people around the world, but also perpetuates a culture of discrimination and hate that all of us, most notably Mr. Bryant, should be working to eradicate.”

Kobe released a statement defending his outburst.

What I said last night should not be taken literally. My actions were out of frustration during the Heat of the game, period. The words expressed do NOT reflect my feelings towards the gay and lesbian communities and were NOT meant to offend anyone.”

AJ Perez Dead

AJ Perez (Antonello Joseph Sarte Perez) died due to multiple head injuries caused by a car crash at exactly 12:20 a.m. today.

AJ and his dad Gerardo Perez, driver Christopher Bautista and 3 other companions namely Christina Ferrer, Edwin Patelos and Danny Linunga were on their way back to Manila from Dagupan City's Bangus Festival event when the ABS-CBN van they were riding collided with a Partas bus along McArthur Highway in Barangay San Julian, Tarlac.

Luckily, AJ's 5 other companions were all alive and were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Shortly before the accident, AJ was still able to post a Twitter message thanking his fans who attended his show in Dagupan.

The 18 year-old Kapamilya actor was declared dead on arrival at Paniqui Tarlac hospital.

AJ's remains will lie in state at La Salle Greenhills starting this afternoon until Tuesday afternoon.

Pinoy Designer Michael Cinco To Be Featured in America's Next Top Model

Filipino designer Michael Cinco's eco-friendly couture creations will be featured in America's Next Top Model (ANTM), according to the hit reality show's website.

Manila Bulletin reports that the show contenders will wear the Dubai-based designer's pieces at a photo shoot in a landfill, which will be aired in the US on April 13. The models will be photographed by ANTM judge Nigel Barker, who will be in Manila with ANTM runway coach Miss J. Alexander this month to talk about beauty equation.

Last month, PhilStar.com quoted Filipino ANTM producer Michael Carandang who described Cinco without identifying him: "Everyone in ANTM was so impressed the crew, the talents, the producers and, of course, Tyra (Banks, the show host and creator)! It was all worth it. The clothes were impeccable like (works of art)."

In ANTM's sixth episode that was aired March 30, Filipino actress G. Tongi, who is now based in Los Angeles, talked to the models about dealing with different kinds of fans, according to Manila Bulletin.

Archaeologists Find 'Gay Caveman' Near Prague

Kamila Remisova Vesinova and her team of researchers from the Czech Archeological Society believe they have unearthed the remains of an early homosexual man. The remains date from around 2900-2500 B.C., on the outskirts of Prague.

That claim stems from the fact the 5,000-year-old skeleton was buried in a manner reserved for women in the Corded Ware culture: its head was pointed east rather than west, and its remains were surrounded by domestic jugs rather than by hammers, flint knives and weapons that typically accompany male remains.

"From history and ethnology, we know that people from this period took funeral rites very seriously so it is highly unlikely that this positioning was a mistake," Vesinova said at a press conference. "Far more likely is that he was a man with a different sexual orientation, homosexual or transsexual."

Katerina Semradova, another member of the team, admitted there have been other instances of men being buried with implements reserved for women and vice versa. Her colleagues previously unearthed a female warrior from the Mesolithic period who was buried in the fashion of a man. And she noted that latter-day male Siberian shamans or witch doctors were buried with ornate funeral accessories, like jewels, to reflect their elevated position in society.

But those burials reflected the dead's position in society, not their sexuality. "This later discovery was neither [a warrior nor a witch doctor], leading us to believe the man was probably homosexual or transsexual." (via Press TV)

Mikael Daez: Philippine TV’s Next ‘It’ Guy

Mikael Daez may be a relative unknown outside fashion circles at the moment, but not for long. The 23 year-old model and true-blue Atenean was just announced as one of actress Marian Rivera’s leading men in the upcoming epicserye of GMA-7 titled “Amaya”.

The handsome square-jawed six-footer is being managed by Mercator Model & Artist Management (big shout-out to Jonas Gaffud who heads the firm) which is responsible for the careers of Brapanese hunks Daniel Matsunaga, Akihiro Sato, Hideo Muraoka and Fabio Ide, plus Survivor Philippines standouts JC Tiuseco and Ervic Vijandre.

Want to know more about Mikael? Then here are excerpts from his “Body Talk” interview with TV Host/Entertainment Columnist Ricky Lo which appeared in the Philippine Star last year:

How was he discovered?
“Oh, I needed cash and my friend said, ‘Hey, it’s Fashion Week.’ I said, ‘What is that?’ He said, ‘It’s a fashion show; you can join and earn money.’ So I tried. That’s where somebody from Mercator saw me.”

A Capricornian (Jan. 6), Mikael is a six-footer who wears medium-sized shirt and briefs, and size-11 shoes.

How do you take care of your (model’s) body?
“I come from a family that’s very active, always on the go, a lover of sports. Being active is natural with me. It helps me maintain this kind of body. I work out at the gym three times a week. Sometimes, I run but I’d rather play basketball.”

What part of your body needs improvement?
“No part in particular. I just keep on improving my whole body.”

What part is most vulnerable?
“None.”

And what part is your favorite?
“My jaw. It’s prominent. They say that it’s an asset in modeling.”

What part of a girl’s body do you look at first?
“The legs. If the legs are sexy, you can be sure that the rest of the body also is. Generally, I like girls who know how to take care of their body, one who doesn’t slouch and who is active.”

What else turns you on in a girl?
“She must be spontaneous and a good talker.”

And what turns you off?
“Girls who are indecisive.”

What kind of diet do you follow?
“Well, I’ve been going to a gym in Glorietta and right beside it is Subway which has a 100-bucks promo. I love the roast-chicken sandwich. I eat it before working out and eat it again after working out. That’s usually my breakfast because I go to the gym early in the morning.”

Is that all for breakfast?
“At home, spam and egg with rice. My whole family grew up on spam and egg. Kung may garlic fried rice, bonus na ‘yon.”

For lunch?
“Japanese food preferably. Chicken Teriyake.”

For dinner?
“Nowadays, I keep my dinner light. Maybe just a sandwich. If I do a lot of work during the day, sometimes a little rice with ulam.”

Snacks in-between?
“Just fruit shakes.”

How much water do you take per day?
“More than eight big glasses.”

Soda?
“Only when I eat pizza.”

What vitamins do you take?
“I should take some but I always forget.”

Do you take hard drinks?
“Very rarely, only on certain occasions. Ordinarily, only beer.”

Do you smoke?
“No, I don’t.”

How do you cope with stress?
“I hang out with friends.”

What about massage?
“Too expensive. I would love to have it if I had the money.”

Outlook in life?
“I’m an optimist. Life is good and I look at things from a bright side. Life isn’t measured by the number of breaths you take but by the number of moments that take your breath away.”

How much sleep do you get per night?
“Six hours but I try to get more. I take naps between shoots or shows.”

Favorite sleepwear?
“Basketball shorts and a comfy shirt.”

How many pillows do you sleep with?
“Four. One under my side, two on either side and one I hug.”

Do you snore?
“No, I hope not.”

Do you talk in your sleep?
“I don’t think so. Ask my friends.”

Do you sleepwalk?
“I really hope not!”

Last thing that you do before you go to sleep?
“I pray.”

First thing that you do when you wake up?
“Try to get more sleep.”

How’s your love life?
“No girlfriend at the moment. I take my time looking for the right person. I enjoy meeting new people. I’m in a new industry, you know.”

How’s your sex life?
“I’d rather keep it a secret. Hahahahaha!”

Favorite hideaway?
“If I told you, it would cease to be a secret. My friends know where it is — a resto in Salcedo Village in Makati.”

Name three women you think have nice bodies.
“Jessica Alba. Miranda Kerr (Victoria’s Secret model). Alessandra Ambrosio (a Brazilian Supermodel).”
